Obtained From Chest in Solitude's Edge, Hossberg Wetlands
The Winged Wall can be acquired from a chest in Solitude's Edge, Hossberg Wetlands.
Clear all the nearby Blight. Once cleared, go inside the small shelter in Solitude's Edge covered in Blight. Attack the wooden boards to go outside. Go to the edge of the cliff to find the chest there.
