The Labs Below is related to the overarching Crossroads side quest Regrets of the Dread Wolf and is actually the first quest you can do that's part of this questline.
The Labs Below Objectives
Explore The Past
Navigate Through The Area
You have somehow entered on of Solas's memories. In the Crossroads, you stumble upon one of Ghilan'nain's old underground laboratories. Fight through some Darkspawn and look for a way back to the surface.
Find The Right Door
You'll eventually enter a chamber with plenty of doors and a rotating Elf statue. Point the statue to a door to unlock it. Use this method to find and clear Blight Veins to destroy the main Blight Boil barring the exit.
Fight Through More Darkspawn
You'll come to an open area littered with boils. Clear all of the boils and enemies to unlock the door and proceed.
Get Through Another Enemy Wave
You'll come to another similar area after heading up the stairs and more of Solas's memories will play in the background. Defeat another wave of Darkspawn to clear the Blight Boil blocking the path.
Read The Dread Wolf's Intentions
You'll witness a critical moment between Solas and one of his faithful followers, Tarasahl. You can pick either choice here as this scene is basically you wishing Solas would do something.
Claim The Wolf Statuette
At the end of the memory, you'll be presented with a Wolf Statuette. Claim it and the chest on the right side before heading back to the surface of the Crossroads.
