|Arena Trap||Enemies next to the Pokemon can't walk. This Ability has no effect on Flying- or Ghost-type Pokemon and Pokemon with the Run Away or Levitate Ability.|
|Hyper Cutter||The Pokemon's Attack won't be lowered.|

|Base||Sand Attack||Ground||It lowers the enemy's accuracy.|
|Base||Feint Attack||Dark||It damages an enemy. It never misses.|
|Base||Bide||Normal||You'll get the Bide status for a little while, and then you'll damage an enemy. The more damage you take while biding, the greater the damage you can cause.|
|Base||Bite||Dark||It damages an enemy. It could also make the enemy Flinch.|
|5||Mud-Slap||Ground||It damages an enemy. It also lowers the enemy's accuracy.|
|8||Bulldoze||Ground||It damages nearby enemies. It also lowers their Travel Speed.|
|12||Sand Tomb||Ground||It damages an enemy. It could also cause the Sand Tomb condition.|
|15||Rock Slide||Rock||It damages an enemy. It could also make the enemy Flinch.|
|19||Dig||Ground||You'll get the Digging condition, doing damage to your enemy on the next turn. While underground, you'll evade items and moves.|
|22||Crunch||Dark||It damages an enemy. It could also lower the enemy's Defense.|
|26||Earth Power||Ground||It damages enemies in the same room. It could also lower their Sp. Def.|
|29||Feint||Normal||It breaks through the enemy's Protect, Wide Guard, Quick Guard, or Spiky Shield to damage an enemy. It reaches up to 2 tiles away.|
|33||Earthquake||Ground||It damages all Pokemon in the same room except for you. It can also damage Pokemon that are underground while using Dig.|
|36||Sandstorm||Rock||It changes the floor's weather to a Sandstorm. Pokemon that can't deal with the weather will keep taking damage.|
|40||Superpower||Fighting||It unleashes awesome power, damaging an enemy but also lowering your Attack and Defense due to fatigue. The stats return to normal when you go to the next floor or step on a Wonder Tile.|
|43||Hyper Beam||Normal||It damages Pokemon, even those far away, and causes an explosion that also affects the surroundings. Walls and items on the ground will also disappear. But after you use the move, the Recoil prevents you from doing anything on the next turn.|
|47||Fissure||Ground||The enemy will faint instantly if this attack hits, but it's hard to land this move. It has no effect on Flying-type Pokemon or Pokemon with the Levitate ability.|
|Attract||Normal||It makes an enemy Infatuated, which makes the enemy's moves more likely to fail.|
|Bulldoze||Ground||It damages nearby enemies. It also lowers their Travel Speed.|
|Confide||Normal||It lowers the enemy's Sp. Atk.|
|Double Team||Normal||It boosts your evasiveness. The stat returns to normal when you go to the next floor or step on a Wonder Tile.|
|Earthquake||Ground||It damages all Pokemon in the same room except for you. It can also damage Pokemon that are underground while using Dig.|
|Facade||Normal||It damages an enemy. The damage it causes goes up if you have a bad status. It also prevents your Attack from being lowered when you use this move while you have a Burn.|
|Frustration||Normal||It damages an enemy. The less you have opened up to your team, the more powerful this move will be.|
|Hidden Power||Normal||It damages an enemy. The move's type changes on each adventure.|
|Hyper Beam||Normal||It damages Pokemon, even those far away, and causes an explosion that also affects the surroundings. Walls and items on the ground will also disappear. But after you use the move, the Recoil prevents you from doing anything on the next turn.|
|Protect||Normal||You'll Protect yourself from enemies' moves. But its chance of failure rises if you use it after you've already used a move that blocks enemies' attacks.|
|Rest||Psychic||You'll get the Napping condition. With the Napping condition, you'll fall asleep, awakening later with all your HP restored and bad statuses healed.|
|Return||Normal||It damages an enemy. The more you've opened up to your team, the more powerful this move will be.|
|Rock Slide||Rock||It damages an enemy. It could also make the enemy Flinch.|
|Rock Tomb||Rock||It damages an enemy. It also lowers the enemy's Travel Speed.|
|Round||Normal||It damages an enemy. It causes more damage if your teammate in the same room just used the same move.|
|Sandstorm||Rock||It changes the floor's weather to a Sandstorm. Pokemon that can't deal with the weather will keep taking damage.|
|Sleep Talk||Normal||If you're sleeping, a move you know will be used automatically on an enemy near you. But keep in mind that nothing will happen if you use this while you're wide awake.|
|Solar Beam||Grass||You'll get the Solar Beam condition, which lets you charge power to try a powerful attack on the next turn. During Sunny weather or in Extremely Harsh Sunlight, it charges for an immediate attack on the first turn. But during Rain, Heavy Rain, Hail, or a Sandstorm, the damage will be reduced.|
|Substitute||Normal||You'll create a Substitute if you have more than half your max HP. Every time you use this move, your HP decreases. When you create a Substitute, you won't be targeted by enemies, but you can't use moves or items, and you can't restore your HP naturally.|
|Sunny Day||Fire||It changes the floor's weather to Sunny. The power of Fire-type moves goes up, and the power of Water-type moves goes down.|
|Swagger||Normal||It makes an enemy Confused, but it also sharply raises the enemy's Attack.|
|Toxic||Poison||It makes the enemy Badly Poisoned. It never misses if used by a Poison-type Pokemon. It will even hit a Pokemon that's used Dig, Fly, or the like.|
|Bug Bite||Bug||It damages an enemy. If the enemy is carrying any food, you'll eat it.|
|Earth Power||Ground||It damages enemies in the same room. It could also lower their Sp. Def.|
|Giga Drain||Grass||It damages an enemy. It also restores your HP. The greater the damage it causes, the more HP it restores.|
|Signal Beam||Bug||It damages a Pokemon, even one far away. It could also make the enemy Confused.|
|Snore||Normal||If you're sleeping, it will be used automatically and will damage enemies around you. It could also make them Flinch. Keep in mind that nothing will happen if you use it while you're wide awake.|
