Base Shell Smash NormalNormal It lowers your Defense and Sp. Def while sharply raising your Attack, Sp. Atk, and Travel Speed. The stats return to normal when you go to the next floor or step on a Wonder Tile.
Base Earth Power GroundGround It damages enemies in the same room. It could also lower their Sp. Def.
13 Harden NormalNormal It boosts your Defense. The stat returns to normal when you go to the next floor or step on a Wonder Tile.
15 Incinerate FireFire It damages an enemy. If the enemy is carrying any food, this move burns the food, making it useless.
20 Clear Smog PoisonPoison It damages an enemy. It never misses. It also resets the enemy's Attack, Defense, and all other stats, regardless of whether they were boosted or reduced.
22 Ancient Power RockRock It damages an enemy. It could also boost your Attack, Defense, Sp. Atk, Sp. Def, and Travel Speed. The stats return to normal when you go to the next floor or step on a Wonder Tile.
27 Flame Burst FireFire It even damages a faraway Pokemon. It also damages Pokemon around the target.
29 Rock Slide RockRock It damages an enemy. It could also make the enemy Flinch.
34 Lava Plume FireFire It damages nearby enemies. It could also leave them with a Burn.
36 Amnesia PsychicPsychic It sharply boosts your Sp. Def. The stat returns to normal when you go to the next floor or step on a Wonder Tile.
43 Body Slam NormalNormal It damages an enemy. It could also cause Paralysis.

Explosion NormalNormal You'll get the Explosion condition, explode when you're attacked, and damage the Pokemon around you.
Facade NormalNormal It damages an enemy. The damage it causes goes up if you have a bad status. It also prevents your Attack from being lowered when you use this move while you have a Burn.
Fire Blast FireFire It damages an enemy. It could also leave the enemy with a Burn.
Flame Charge FireFire It damages an enemy. It could also boost your Travel Speed.
Flamethrower FireFire It damages a Pokemon, even one far away. It could also leave the enemy with a Burn.
Frustration NormalNormal It damages an enemy. The less you have opened up to your team, the more powerful this move will be.
Giga Impact NormalNormal It damages an enemy. But it also gives you the Recoil status, which prevents you from doing anything on the next turn.
Gyro Ball SteelSteel It damages an enemy. The slower your Speed compared to your enemy's, the greater the damage caused by the move.
Hidden Power NormalNormal It damages an enemy. The move's type changes on each adventure.
Hyper Beam NormalNormal It damages Pokemon, even those far away, and causes an explosion that also affects the surroundings. Walls and items on the ground will also disappear. But after you use the move, the Recoil prevents you from doing anything on the next turn.
Infestation BugBug It damages an enemy. It could also cause the Infestation condition.
Light Screen PsychicPsychic You and your teammates in the same room get the Light Screen condition, which reduces the damage taken from special moves.
Nature Power NormalNormal Borrowing power from nature, a variety of damaging moves will be used depending on the scenery of the floor.
Overheat FireFire It damages nearby enemies, but it also sharply lowers your Sp. Atk. The stat returns to normal when you go to the next floor or step on a Wonder Tile.
Protect NormalNormal You'll Protect yourself from enemies' moves. But its chance of failure rises if you use it after you've already used a move that blocks enemies' attacks.
Reflect PsychicPsychic You and your teammates in the same room get the Reflect condition, which reduces the damage taken from physical moves.
Rest PsychicPsychic You'll get the Napping condition. With the Napping condition, you'll fall asleep, awakening later with all your HP restored and bad statuses healed.
Return NormalNormal It damages an enemy. The more you've opened up to your team, the more powerful this move will be.
Rock Polish RockRock It boosts your Travel Speed sharply!
Rock Slide RockRock It damages an enemy. It could also make the enemy Flinch.
Rock Tomb RockRock It damages an enemy. It also lowers the enemy's Travel Speed.
Round NormalNormal It damages an enemy. It causes more damage if your teammate in the same room just used the same move.
Sandstorm RockRock It changes the floor's weather to a Sandstorm. Pokemon that can't deal with the weather will keep taking damage.
Sleep Talk NormalNormal If you're sleeping, a move you know will be used automatically on an enemy near you. But keep in mind that nothing will happen if you use this while you're wide awake.
Smack Down RockRock It damages an enemy. If the enemy is flying, it will be Grounded, which allows Ground-type moves to hit it. This move also hits a Pokemon that's in the air from using a move like Fly.
Solar Beam GrassGrass You'll get the Solar Beam condition, which lets you charge power to try a powerful attack on the next turn. During Sunny weather or in Extremely Harsh Sunlight, it charges for an immediate attack on the first turn. But during Rain, Heavy Rain, Hail, or a Sandstorm, the damage will be reduced.
Stone Edge RockRock It damages an enemy. It has a high critical-hit rate.
Substitute NormalNormal You'll create a Substitute if you have more than half your max HP. Every time you use this move, your HP decreases. When you create a Substitute, you won't be targeted by enemies, but you can't use moves or items, and you can't restore your HP naturally.
Sunny Day FireFire It changes the floor's weather to Sunny. The power of Fire-type moves goes up, and the power of Water-type moves goes down.
Swagger NormalNormal It makes an enemy Confused, but it also sharply raises the enemy's Attack.
Toxic PoisonPoison It makes the enemy Badly Poisoned. It never misses if used by a Poison-type Pokemon. It will even hit a Pokemon that's used Dig, Fly, or the like.
Will-O-Wisp FireFire It leaves an enemy with a Burn.

Entire room		 It whips up hot winds, damaging enemies in the same room. It could also leave them with a Burn.
Iron Defense SteelSteel
User		 It sharply boosts your Defense. The stat returns to normal when you go to the next floor or step on a Wonder Tile.
Pain Split NormalNormal
Front		 It adds together the HP of you and the enemy and then shares the total equally between you.
Snore NormalNormal
1 tile around user		 If you're sleeping, it will be used automatically and will damage enemies around you. It could also make them Flinch. Keep in mind that nothing will happen if you use it while you're wide awake.
Stealth Rock RockRock
Other		 It turns your tile into an invisible Stealth Rock trap. A Stealth Rock trap damages enemies that step on it. You and your teammates won't take any damage from it.
Stomping Tantrum GroundGround
It damages an enemy. If your previous move missed, its damage is increased.
