a bit of an overstatement but I get what you mean. With the proper allies, good inventory and good luck, Lv 30 skill link cloyster can clear even rayquaza haha
RBE allows skill link cloyster to clear the game at Lv 30 unboosted. Not even kidding hahahaha
AND I THOUGHT THEY WERE GOING TO NERF MULTI HIT MOVES FROM THE ORIGINAL HAHAHA ITS STILL SO IMBALANCED ESPECIALLY A RANGED ONE LIKE BARRAGE, SPIKE CANNON
cloyster's amazing. not to mention it has access to blizzard, hydro pump, ice beam, icicle spear and SHELL SMASH.
Yeah RBEs is a good Rare Quality for multi-hit move users but you dont really need it. 2 hits from Spike Cannon or Fury Swipes is enough to knock out most dungeon pokemon. im not saying its a bad RQ but u should get something better like Wary Walk or PP Pouch. Thats overkill SKill Link RPE is overkill.
Yup and if you get Rapid Bull's-Eyes, the game is pretty much over hahahahaha. I have a Skitty and a Cloyster steaming through the post game.
I agree with this list. If you are able to get your hands on a Skill Link Shellder/Cloyster and invest on it, everything will be easy even Rayquaza 2nd battle and Mewtwo in Western Cave.
