Halloween Duma is a fantastic unit that pretty much has it all.
Stat-wise, he has very high bulk, with 47 HP, 40 Def, and 43 Res, and he also has the highest base Atk in the game at base 46.
As for his skillset, Ghostly Lanterns is quite loaded, with multiple effects that emphasize his strengths very well. It can also de-pulse his foe pre-combat, preventing them from activating their Specials.
He also has Woeful Upheaval which combines his base form's Upheaval splash damage with a Far Save effect, and adds some damage reduction on top of that. This skill makes the regular Far Save skills obsolete and should be equipped all the time.
Finally, his unit archetype of red breath armored is perfect for today's metagame. Green threats are often deployed to defeat the current top tanks Brave Hector and Ascended Idunn, and him being a dragon unit makes him unaffected by Windsweep effects that are quite common.
Rearmed Robin (F) is the second Rearmed hero released into the game and she is an armored colorless manakete.
As an armored Rearmed hero, she is one of the best Savior units with her base 44 Spd, Arcane Grima providing guaranteed follow-up attacks and bonus true damage, and a new Save skill in A/S Near Save 3 that boosts Atk and Spd, She even comes with Hardy Fighter 3 which is arguably the best Fighter skill, providing immense bulk that is very difficult to take down.
She even has Dragonhide with nullifies her armor weakness and applies a hefty Atk/Spd/Def/Res-8 debuff onto her foes.
Finally, Legendary Ninian is a three move refresher unit that can grant herself additional actions after using her Dragon's Dance. She also has a nice offensive stat line to help take down enemies using her extra action.

It is currently a Water Season month, and these are the heroes we expect to see the most in Arena aside from the usual suspects like Valentine's Chrom and Ninja Corrin (F).
Legendary Chrom is a well-known menace with his To Change Fate! making AI prediction a bit more difficult and potentially leading to one of your units getting sniped.
Legendary Azura has an improved refresh skill in Gray Waves II which grants an extra action, bonus movement, and 【Null Panic】 to ensure that the bonuses from refined Prayer Wheel stick. She makes AI prediction difficult as well.
Legendary Ninian is a three move refresher unit who can grant herself an extra action after she uses her exclusive assist Dragon's Dance. She also has a nice offensive stat line that can get the job done when facing any non-red foes.
Halloween Duma is among the highest scoring units in the game and he packs a mean punch. His Woeful Upheaval chips the entire enemy down at the start of turn one and has both Far Save and damage reduction built into it.
Legendary Chrom can be countered by being aware of threat ranges and ensuring that his AI does not activate To Change Fate!. Position your units so that when the enemies approach, none of them are both in your threat range and in Chrom's range to activate his Assist.
Additionally, most Chrom builds in Arena have dropped Close Counter, allowing you to approach him with melee units and attack without fear of retaliation.
Legendary Azura is also countered by keeping your units away from extended ranges where an enemy refreshed with Gray Waves II can reach. You can then attack stragglers one by one, leaving Azura last for your bonus unit to defeat.
Legendary Ninian only gets her extra action after Dragon's Dance starting on turn two, and then it goes on a three turn cooldown that cannot be cleansed off by debuff-neutralizing effects like Restore+ or Odd Recovery 3. This can be exploited by killing off the first unit she refreshes on turn one, and then baiting her in to attack on turn two.
Halloween Duma hits hard, but he is immobile. You can save him for last and attack him repeatedly until he falls. Alternatively, you can equip skills that are effective against armored units or dragon units in order to hit harder, including the commonly seen Ruptured Sky.

The Aether Raids (non-Chaos) meta remains unchanged in general, but some new additions have been made.
Catria Balls and Sigurd Cavlines still reign supreme on Defense teams. Players should be prepared to deal with these Defense archetypes by preparing raiding parties that are specifically tailor-made to dismantle these archetypes.
The units shown above are recent additions to the metagame.
Halloween Duma is one of the best Far Save units in the entire game with his built-in damage reduction and Far Save on Woeful Upheaval. He also protects himself from pre-charged Specials like Lethality and Deadeye with the pre-combat de-pulse effect of Ghostly Lanterns.
Rearmed Robin (F) is a speedy armored unit with base 44 Spd which is among the highest in the entire game. She can hit quite hard with Arcane Grima's guaranteed follow-up attack and bonus true damage, while Dragonhide nullifies her armor weakness and inflicts Atk/Spd/Def/Res-8 onto her foes.
Brave Byleth (F) will be a common ranged unit paired up with Near Save tanks in a Vantage strategy. The Near Save armored unit will protect her from melee attacks while her Spd Preempt 3 defeats the ranged enemies before they can deal significant damage to Byleth herself.
Brave Seliph is a four move cavalry unit that has high offensive stats, a Null Follow-Up effect on Heir to Light. and a built-in Miracle effect on Holytide Tyrfing. He isn't a new unit, but Mystic Boost 4 was released recently and this skill on Brave Seliph can repeatedly put him above the HP threshold to activate his Miracle effect over and over again.
Halloween Duma is immobile and can be left alone while the rest of your team collects the Aether pots. If there are any Bolt Traps on the map, bait him near it and step on it to deal damage to him and make him easier to take down. He is also vulnerable to armor and dragon effective weapons.
Rearmed Robin (F) is also immobile and vulnerable to dragon-effective weapons. Despite having one of the highest Spd stats in the game along with Hardy Fighter 3, her raw bulk isn't as impressive as other armored units. Bait out her defensive Special first, and then follow up with a hard hitting unit to take her down.
Brave Byleth (F) will have trouble against faster enemies because her Spd Preempt 3 requires her to outspeed in order to trigger the Vantage effect. Using offensive units with multiple Spd buffing skills may lead to Byleth being outsped. Alternatively, you may opt to equip Hardy Bearing 3 on one of your units in order to bypass the Vantage effect.
Brave Seliph with the immortal build can be annoying, but equipping Mystic Boost on both his B and Sacred Seal slots will leave him a bit lacking in offensive stats. You can use speedy units to double him and defeat him in one round despite his Miracle effect triggering. Alternatively, you can shut off Heir to Light with Elimine's Staff of the Saint, or shut off his healing with Fatal Smoke 3.
