The Arena Metagame for the highest tiers revolves around bringing two in-season Legendary Heroes, including the bonus Legendary Hero, and two other high-scoring units that can defeat all four enemies on their own. At the bare minimum, three of your four heroes must be fully merged, and all four heroes must equip the highest scoring Skills and Sacred Seals.
