When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.
The best IVs for Mythic Tiki (Adult) are +Res and -Spd. Res is a superboon and boosts Tiki's Res from base 49 to base 53.
Additionally, the Scowl effect of Awakening Voice and most of Heired Divinity's effects all rely on Tiki's Res to maximize their effects.
Tiki's Spd is a clear dump stat and can be safely taken as a bane as it won't impact any of her matchups.

Mythic Tiki (Adult)'s base kit is already good enough to function as a Savior tank for her team while providing valuable support at the same time. Just equip a Sacred Seal of your choice and you're good to go.
