The best IVs for Halloween Corrin (M) are +Atk and -Spd. His Atk is quite high at base 44 and boosting it improves his potential to defeat enemies during combat.

+Def or +Res are also good options to improve his bulk, especially Res as it is aided by a superboon. These will make him sturdier and more difficult to take down.

How to Use, Explanation

Halloween Corrin (M) is built to be a defensive wall, and as such, his skills need to match that. We opted for Menace to enhance his bulk and indirectly improve his attacking power, while Form provides the most bulk in the Sacred Seal slot.
