Mango Rush is a minigame located at the Oasis in the Gerudo Desert. The goal of the minigame is to harvest the crop of mangoes that pops out of the field within the time limit. The minigame has 3 difficulty levels with each has its own first clear rewards.
Standard Seeds (Easy Mode) gives you 5 Tough Mangoes when you harvest at least 50 mangoes. In Vibrant Seeds (Normal Mode) difficulty, you will receive the Golden Fan when you harvest at least 50-59 mangoes.
Harvesting at least 60-69 mangoes on Ultimate Seeds (Hard Mode) difficulty earns you the Dancing Outfit. If you harvested 70 mangoes, you will receive a Piece of Heart.

The Golden Fan reward is a required key item to progress through the Get Rich Quick side quest and lets you unlock the Goldfinch Automaton.
You can get it when you harvest 50 mangoes on Vibrant Seeds (Normal Mode) difficulty.

In the Acorn Gathering minigame, Zelda must collect scattered acorns in an obstacle course within a time limit. These courses test the player's speed and skill in using Echoes to traverse far-reaching areas.
There are at least 5 courses that you can find in Hyrule. Each one gives 20 Rupees as the standard reward but the couse at northeast of Kakariko Village gives you a Piece of Heart when you complete it in less than 25 seconds.

The reward for completing the course west of Hyrule Field in less than 25 seconds is a Steel Trap. This key item is required to complete the Endless Stomach side quest and lets you unlock the High-Teku Baba Automaton.

Slumber Dojo is a minigame located at Kakariko Village where you can test your combat skills by defeat certain group of enemies within the time limit.
Each course gives you a specific reward while reaching certain milestones gives you Accessories, Hierloom Katana, and Pieces of Heart.
The Hierloom Katana is a key item required to progress through the Chop 'em in Two side quest. It allows you to unlock the Roboblin Automaton. You can obtain the reward after completing 6 stages.

Flag Race is a minigame located at Hyrule Ranch in Hyrule Field where you use your horse to race around a track to beat the time record.
You can obtain a Piece of Heart, 3 Might Crystals, and the Prismatic Music Box when completing the courses in this minigame.
