List of Contents
Monster Stones can be obtained from defeating enemies around the field, though they only drops occasionally.
You can also acquire Monster Stones as a rare loot from chests. Always make sure to check every corner of the map or dungeons for chests!
Additionally, Monster Stones can be rewarded to you once you complete some Side Quests.
Scanning The Legend of Zelda series amiibo to your Nintendo Switch can also sometimes give you a Monster Stone as a rare drop. However, you can only scan once a day per amiibo and only 3 amiibo scans per day.
You can unlock the ability to scan amiibo, specifically after the prologue in Hyrule Castle and on your way to Suthorn Village, just after passing through Beach Cave.
Amiibo Compatibility and Rewards
The only usage of Monster Stones is to repair broken Automatons to Dampe. A repair costs 1 Monster Stone.
