Found swimming in the icy waters of Hebra Mountain.

At the summit of Hebra Mountain, ice melts into cold waters where you will find Ice Octo swimming. However, you'll need to climb to the top of the mountain to reach this area.

How to Beat Ice Echo

Use Bombfish or Chompfin

You can fight Ice Octo below the water by either throwing a Bombfish or using a Chompfin for a fast defeat.
