Rubble Trouble Side Quest Walkthrough

Objective
1 You will need 3 pieces of Hover Stone found in 3 different areas.
2 Skip travel to Soltnar Seal Island first and you will find the Hover Stone to the right of the tower.
3 Go to Pillar Knoll and head directly south to find the next Hover Stone.
4 The final Hover Stone is south of the Scapular Lance landmark in Fyme Lane.
