Combine Modules

The First Descendant - Silion Location

The Shield Collector module can only be acquired by combining other modules. You can combine modules, by interacting with Silion in Albion once you reach Mastery Rank Level 9, and then choosing any four modules in your inventory.

The higher the rarity of the modules you combine, the better the chances of resulting in a module of the same rarity or higher.

Got it yesterday, at max level shield regen effect has 2 seconds CD. Good enough for Kyle builds.
