    Even factoring Afterglow's ability Piercing Light is still far higher DPS, ignore in game DPS # it's incorrect and doesn't factor in crit correctly or weakpoint. Piercing Light's base damage alone is far too high for Afterglow to catch up once modded then factor in weakpoint multipliers and it's just ridiculous.
