Phantom pain present in mission - Emergency Landing Srip in Echo Swamp on Hard Difficulty

Echo Swamp - Misty Woods and the mission "Traces of colossi interceptions" on normal actually has this listed. I tried the suggested dungeon several times and had no luck so started looking around on all the missions.
