I found another vault in Hagios - Dune Base. It's behind the outpost, in a basement / cave of somewhat.

Found a vault in Fortress - Defense Line south of Explosive Debris mission. There's a hole in the wall which leads to big rooms and at the end it spawned in the corner. Player icon is standing in front of it in the screenshot.
