My game groups 123 records as 5 Colossus, 18 Descendants, 26 Vulgus, 24 World, 23 History, 27 Operations Records. Each group also has sub categories .
My game says there are 123 total records to find and they are grouped differently from how every guide lists them making it a nightmare

Fortress, Convertor Facility Just south of Giant Hangar mission start, go through the door, it's in that room.

I found another vault in Hagios - Dune Base. It's behind the outpost, in a basement / cave of somewhat.
the echo pos. in kingston are wrong! They are on another pos!
Upon leaving noticed that there's actually 2 vault spawns in the same room.

Found a vault in Fortress - Defense Line south of Explosive Debris mission. There's a hole in the wall which leads to big rooms and at the end it spawned in the corner. Player icon is standing in front of it in the screenshot.
WNG ---moongrave basin-- southwest corner in a cave that extends off map.

Fortress, inside a cavern, right side of surveillance tower.
Agna Desert Arche Echo 2 is located in the Storage Region near the Temporary Safe Zone. The map is completely off on the marker location.
I can confirm this location to be correct.
