    I have tried this over and over again with no result. The photos don't register because of environmental things obscuring the targets view. This request is ridiculously stupid.

    Finally got it. The mistake I was making was I kept playing the Melody multiple times, so when the Carbink was supposed to be celebrating, it was still dancing from the Melody. Only play the Melody the initial time, don't keep playing it like I did.

    i did exactly as it said 6 times and each time it wouldnt pass the request,its impossible,and other times its too late because by the time diancie starts to do the gem, ive ended and gone back to the camp

    Completely insane. The time between when you could reasonably have hit the little guys with orbs and when the course ends WITH facing backwards and zooming is about four seconds. I think the legendary won't appear if you already summoned it earlier.

    this gotta be the most difficult quest. i was doing it for over an hour and finally got it. i thin they key is to have them jumping up in the shot just right after the diamond busted so use burst mode. also try throwing the orbs multiple times toward diancie so she'd keep creating the diamond in case you missed the first one.

    Tried it about 30 times. Vivillion doesn't show up if I throw the Illumina orb into the hidden crystalbloom. I've checked every video guide and do EXACTLY the same, I even see it light up. I've tried throwing it in the area around the crystalbloom in every possible way I can imagine. But no Vivillion has ever showed up and the quest becomes impossible because Diancie's gem doesn't light up. This quest makes absolutely no sense to me. How are you even supposed to figure this out without a guide?

    I was not able to complete without making the Vivillon appear. You do NOT have to hit the crystabloom itself. But if the Vivillon doesn’t appear, the gem doesn’t explode and they don’t celebrate.

    Carbink should be the focus, I took several pictures focusing on both carbink and diancie, and the one the completed the quest had carbink as the focus, just as the gem dissipated

    I have done every step and gotten the photo with both diancie and the carbink multiple times and it doesn’t clear the quest

    I completed this without hitting the Crystabloom to make the Vivillon appear. Don't think that step is needed.
