Research Camp Walkthrough: List of Pokemon and How to Unlock
This request can only be completed by starting on the Entrance Side of the course. Remember that you can know which side the course will start on, depending on which background is shown in the menu before you start exploring.
As you move past the fire pit, Sudowoodo will be in a small clearing next to the houses. Light up the Crystabloom while Sudowoodo is next to it.
If successful, the glow will inflict the Illumina Phenomenon onto Sudowoodo which will make him dance. Take a photo of him while he's marching around and this will complete the request!
There are no obtainable rewards for completing this request.

For the "Borrowing Bravery" request, you have to choose the route starting point near the path away from the research center. Then, as you get closer to the Sudowoodo standing between the fire pit and the cabins, throw an illumina orb at the crystabloom beside it. It will walk towards the center of the field, smiling and behaving happily. Take a picture of this behavior. Sorry, I don't have a picture.
