Illumina Spot (Outaway Cave) Walkthrough: List of Pokemon and How to Unlock
Start Cave (Illumina Spot) at Research Level 2. At the start of the course, throw Illumina Orbs at the three Noibats.
Do not light up any cystablooms as you proceed through the last area.
Near the exit point, Steelix will emerge and briefly curls into a ball. Take a photo of it sleeping in this position to complete the request.
There are no obtainable rewards for completing this request.

I scanned and threw orbs at the noibat at the beginning (the first scan came up but steelix won’t come out when fruit thrown) continued as normal reacting to the scan and playing with steelix (don’t hit crystal bloom it will wake up crobat) and at the last segment steelix will be asleep next to noibat (it’s a one star pic) just figured it out a few minutes ago myself xD
