How to Clear Bobbing for Fluffruit

Toss a Fluffruit for Pelipper

Pelipper will only fly down into the ocean to eat a Fluffruit, so toss one near a Pelipper to trigger it to do so. The best time to do this is right after the Wailord emerges onto the course, as the Pelippers in that area are already flying low.

Take a Photo of the Pelipper!

After the Pelipper swoops down to eat the Fluffruit, take a picture of it! The animation is quite fast, but you can take a picture of it as it's in the water and when it flies out, and both will count towards clearing the request.
