You can take the best 1 Star photo of Noibat in the Cave Illumina Spot since the Noibat in this level fly relatively close to the player. As a Noibat flies close overhead, quickly take a photo of it.

How to Take Noibat 2 Star Photo

At the start of the Cave course at Research Level 2 or higher, you can immediately spot two Noibat greeting you as you enter. Take a photo of one of the Noibat as it greets you to get a 2 Star photo.

How to Take Noibat 3 Star Photo

To get a 3 Star photo of Noibat, you need to follow the steps to complete the Noibat's Refined Palate request and take a photo as it is inspecting a Fluffruit.

How to Take Noibat 4 Star Photo

Noibat Eating a Fluffruit

For a 4 Star photo of Noibat, go to the Cave course research-level 3 and take the first alternate path. At the last part of the course, you'll find three Noibat that is walking on the ground. Hit the two Noibat with a Fluffruit and feed the Noibat that is left. Take a close-up photo of a Noibat eating a Fluffruit to achieve 4 Star Diamond.

Noibat 4 star missing critical information. I couldn’t get any to actually eat the FF until 1. Hit two of them with FF to make them fly away, 2. Orb the remaining one, 3. Play melody before it uses the sonar on the FF. Following current instructions multiple times did not lead to any of them eating.
