In Park (Day) research-level 3, you'll find Heracross and Wurmple on a tree near the first Crystabloom. Hit Heracross with a Fluffruit to make it fall from the tree. Once Heracross is on the ground, it will screech and try to eat the Fluffruit. But Wurmple will be the first one to eat it.
Throw another Fluffruit for Heracross and make sure to throw it where you can have a nice angle for your Photodex. Ready your camera and wait till it eats the Fluffruit. Take a close-up shot of Heracross to achieve 1 Star Diamond.

This photo can be taken while completing the requests Where It Snacks and Snoozes or Best Frenemies. Click either link for a detailed walkthrough on how to set up this scenario between Heracross and Pinsir.
When approaching the first crystabloom in Park (Night), scan to reveal Pinsir's horns. Throw an Illumina orb at them for Pinsir to pop out. After Pinsir starts walking away, throw fluffruit onto or behind the dirt mound it came from. Scan a second time and a Heracross should fall down from a tree.
Snap a photo of the Heracross on the ground with the Pinsir looking over it to get the 3 Star photo!

To get the 4 Star photo, follow the steps of 3 Star photo. After doing so, Heracross and Pinsir will meet up again before the final area of the course. The 2 Pokemon will fight and taking a close-up photo of either of them during the fight will earn you a 4 Star photo of that Pokemon!
This photo can also be taken while completing the request Best Frenemies.
