After passing through a tree with fallen fruits on the first part of the Park (Day) course, look closely to the right side. Find a fallen tree on the ground with a bunch of Wurmple crossing it. Take a close-up shot of a walking Wurmple to achieve 1 Star Diamond.

Taking a 4 Star Diamond Wurmple is the same as the 4 Star Diamond Taillow. Just make sure your camera's pointer is targetting Wurmple for it to register as Wurmple in your Photodex.
