Park (Night) Walkthrough: List of Pokemon and How to Unlock
To start fulfilling the request, you first have to get Heracross to appear by making him fall to the ground. You can do this by following the same steps used to complete the request, Where It Snacks and Snoozes.
After crossing the dam, you can find a Sylveon sleeping next to a Torterra and Grookey. Toss an Illumina Orb at the Sylveon to wake it up. Once it is awake, it will start to flee.
After waking up the Sylveon, you will see both Heracross and Pinsir start to battle each other. Play the Melody to stop their fight and make Sylveon appear from the cliffs. Take a photo of the three Pokemon as they smile and laugh together.
Make sure not to use the Melody too late or you cannot stop their fight. Though the photograph must have all three Pokemon in the frame, the focus must be on Pinsir.
There are no obtainable rewards for completing this request.

It's gotta be a picture of Pinsir as the main subject. And there has to be Sylveon and Heracross included in there too. Can't just be Pinsir and Heracross, Sylvain must be called with the flute and break up the fight and they laugh together for it to count. Hope this helps! Source: I just followed this handy guide and did it right now. Some of these missions are really finicky in tracking so this guide/wiki has been immensely helpful. Thank you to whoever created it!
