After completing I Once Was In Arcadia, teleport to the Soulchaser Pass Space Anchor in Strife Ruins Castrum Kremnos and go to the area where the Furiae Archer was to talk to the Oddfly.

After talking to the Oddfly, you will unlock a hidden achievement.
