I Once Was In Arcadia can be unlocked once you reach Trailblaze Level 34 or above and have completed Hero, Bear Thy Coreflame mission.

I Once Was In Arcadia Walkthrough

Mission Walkthrough

	Quest Walkthrough
1	Head to the Okhema city gate. Talk to Iason who's in front of a Dromas. Be ready as you'll be thrown into a fight afterwards!
2	Go to Strife Ruins and find the Furiae Archer.
3	You have to talk to three shop owners in Okhema to ask who is Paris is and the location of Arcadia.
4	After gathering some clues, you have to go back to Strife Ruins and speak to the Furiae Archer.
5	After you and Mem head to the past, you have to talk to the Furiae Warrior and Philosopher.
6	Head downstairs to activate the first Divinity device statue. To do this, you must turn back time on the statue's sword.
7	Thankfully, the second Divinity device statue is already activated. Head to the third Divinity device where you'll find a blocked path.
8	Look for the Hand of Zagreus and use it to punch the boxes. With the path now cleared, head to the third device and activate it by turning back time.
9	Unfortunately, the fourth device is missing something. Use the hand of Zagreus, pick up the trinket and place it under the sword. Head back to the fourth device and activate it by turning back time.
10	Next, you must go down the stairs and elevator and enter the prison cell. Don't forget to get the four chests on the way! Afterwards, talk to the man and the Archer.
11	After the cutscenes, head back upstairs and run after Paris and the Archer. You'll be thrown into battle so be prepared!
12	A series of cutscenes will occur until you find Paris in Okhema. You must solve the Prophercy Tablet to progress.
13	Follow Paris and the Archer around Okhema. They'll go to the same stores in step 3!
14	After a series of cutscenes, you must now fix the broken statue the Archer broke by turning back time.
15	Head to the rooftop and to talk to the Archer.
17	You must keep following Paris until you reach the end. Now that you know the story of Paris and the Archer, you now have to talk to the latter in Strife Ruins.
18	To end the quest, you must head back to Okhema and bring the golden thread to Aglaea.
