    i just love how idiotic and ignorant hsr developers are with locking relics farming behind the story requirement. It's not enough we've 100 sets to farm and cannot scrap relics like in zzz. Same happend with lingshua being unusable for half a year, becaus i didn't felt like playing a story.

    Yes, the relic is decreased 8% speed of wearer,, its a lot.. if 95% then deacreased become 87%

    Do you lose the crit rate if you get a speed buff that puts the character above 95 or 110?
