Complete I Shall Turn the Tide Mission

Comrade in Arms can be unlocked once you reach Trailblaze Level 21 or above and have completed I Shall Turn the Tide mission.

Comrade in Arms Walkthrough

	Quest Walkthrough
1	Meet up with Yunli and Yanqing and head toward the Wardance arena.
2	Defeat the Borisins along the way.
3	Defeat Hoolay.

How to Beat Hoolay

Bring Physical, Wind, or Fire characters against Hoolay as he is weak against those elements. During the boss fight, try to defeat the Wolftroopers he summons as they can help stack up Bloodlust to let him enter Moon Rage state faster.

During Hoolay's Moon Rage state, he can collect Irate stacks to unleash a powerful attack called Lupine Chase Calls a Bloody Gleam, which also has a high chance of inflicting Terror Grip.

Focus all your attacks during this state to reduce his Toughness meter. This will allow you to inflict Weakness Break faster and dispel his Moon Rage state.
