Hoolay can summon Wolftroopers to attack and help stack up Bloodlust. When Hoolay has enough Bloodlust stacks, he can enter the Moon Rage state.
Take out the Wolftrooper summons to delay the Moon Rage state and decrease Hoolay's SPD.
When Hoolay enters the Moon Rage state, he can collect Irate stacks to unleash Lupine Chase Calls Bloody Gleam, a powerful attack with a high chance of inflicting Terror Grip.
Focus all your attacks on Hoolay to remove Irate stacks. When Hoolay has no more Irate stacks, his Toughness will be reduced.
