The Seven Flowers on a Vine hidden mission can be unlocked by talking with a Cloud Knights Soldier facing a door in F2 of the Skysplitter. Use the Logistics Line Space Anchor and head west, where you'll see the Cloud Knights Soldier standing in front of the door.
After going to the location, interact with the Cloud Knights Soldier and proceed with the dialogue. He will then leave to get help. You'll then enter a conversation with the Elder and the Bandit.
Once the dialogue concludes, the Elder's Grandsons will appear before you. Interact with them and another dialogue will happen, then you will be prompted by the Elder to send them in one by one.
After the Elder's order, pick a grandson to send in and interact with them. They will go in and try to save the Elder. The order you choose them does not matter, so keep sending them in one after the other until they're all gone.
Once the grandsons are all gone, more dialogue with the Elder and the Bandit will happen. Proceed until the Cloud Knights appear and talk with them to arrest the Bandit. After the conversation, you will get the achievement.
