From Growls to Grace can be unlocked once you reach Trailblaze Level 21 or above and have completed Emissary Mystique mission.

Bring Wind, Lightning, and Imaginary character to fight the Howling Casket. When Howling Casket inflicts the Terror Grip debuff at your allies, simply attack the Howling Casket to dispel it.
To complete the Skott Debate as soon as possible, you can use the Emotional Trigger from the Negotiation Strategy in the first round for double the results and then simply answer correctly on the second round.
