Howling Casket can be encountered during the Trailblaze Continuance, Finest Duel Under the Pristine Blue, which was released in Version 2.4.
Finest Duel Under the Pristine Blue Mission
The Howling Casket can enter the Moon Rage state, which increases its SPD and allows them to inflict Terror Grip on your characters.
The Moon Rage state can be dispelled by inflicting Weakness Break on the Howling Casket.
The Howling Casket can inflict Terror Grip on the party, putting your characters into a Terrorized state on its next turn. Terrorized characters will be unable to act and take more damage from the Howling Casket.
To avoid this, cleanse Terror Grip by having your affected characters attack the Howling Casket before its next turn.

Acheron can deal a lot of damage to the Howling Casket especially when the latter is affected by tons of debuffs. Pela and Silver Wolf can inflict debuffs to the enemy, while Aventure can cover the Imaginary weakness and provide shields.

Kafka and Black Swan can easily take on the Howling Casket since it's both weak to Lightning and Wind. Ruan Mei can increase Break efficiency to easily put the Howling Casket into a Weakness Broken state.

A Dr. Ratio follow-up attack team is also excellent since they can frequently attack the Howling Casket to remove the Terror Grip debuff.
The Dr. Ratio and Aventurine pairing can help inflict Weakness Break on the Howling Casket, while Robin can increase the party's DMG and advance forward the entire party with her Ultimate.

March 7th and the Harmony Trailblazer can easily Weakness Break the Howling Casket with their kit and deal a lot of Super Break DMG. Asta can provide SPD buffs to help keep up with the Howling Casket when it's in the Moon Rage state.

All Enemies and Weaknesses Guide
Nevermind, beat it right after I sent this comment. For those wondering, I'm F2P and I beat it with Natasha, Dr Ratio, Bronya, and Fire MC. The strat that lead to winning had a little bit to do with leveling up my traces and going in with full ultimates and consumables, but also I had previously been relying on debuffing the frightened state and focusing more on healing and shielding rather than attacking the enemy to get rid of it before the debuff is triggered.

What's up, it's anonymous, back at it again to say that I struggled again with the TWO howling casket fight in the part where you're following Hanya down through the shackling prison. The team I beat that fight with was a little different. Instead of Natasha I brought Gallagher (heals through attacking = no terror debuff + AOE), instead of Ratio I brought Welt (slows + AOE), instead of Bronya I used Harmony MC (super break + AOE), and instead of Fire MC I used Preservation March (FUA + cleanse).
