Should You Pull?
If you need a Light Cone that boosts ATK and provides CRIT DMG to other party members, then you can pull for this Light Cone. However, this Light Cone is only good for ATK scaling Harmony characters.
The CRIT DMG boost is only great for specific teams since it requires two characters from the same Path. If the character doesn't scale with ATK, other Harmony Light Cones would fit better.
