Star Rail - Clockwork Mr. McCoy - Dewlight Pavilion 2F
Go to the second floor of the Dewlight Pavilion and enter the room on the left.

Star Rail - Clockwork Mr. McCoy - First Dream Bridge
Use the Bubble Fountain and cross the Dream Bridge to your left.

Star Rail - Clockwork Mr. McCoy - Turn Right
Head right until you find another Dream Bridge to cross over.

Move forward until you find a switch to open up the path.

Head over to the Bubble Fountain to charge up then go to the Dream Bridge on the right wall.
