Star Rail - Clockwork Mr. McCoy - Dewlight Pavilion 2F
Go to the second floor of the Dewlight Pavilion and enter the room on the left.

Star Rail - Clockwork Mr. McCoy - First Dream Bridge
Use the Bubble Fountain and cross the Dream Bridge to your left.

Head right until you find another Dream Bridge to cross over.

Move forward until you find a switch to open up the path.
