To start the Oro, Ace Gambler hidden quest, you need to talk to Oro in Penacony's Golden Hour.

Talk to Oro, Ace Gambler

Honkai Star Rail - Oro Gambling

Talk with Oro in Aideen Park in the Golden Hour to start the hidden quest. You can find Oro near a slot machine surrounded by people.

If the mission couldn't start, play the Slot Machine in front of Oro to continue.

Find Oro again in the Dream's Edge. You can find him near the Shape of Roast Stagnant Shadow near a vent in a bad shape.

Decide to Help Oro or Not

Honkai Star Rail - Help Oro or Not

During this part of the hidden mission, you will have to decide whether you want to help Oro. If you decide to help Oro by choosing the first option, he will give you the Ace Gambler's Discarded Part.

If you did not help Oro by choosing the second option, you will not receive the mission item!

Speak to Oro, Ace Gambler Again

Once you have talked with Oro, you can head back to the Golden Hour in Penacony where you met Oro for the first time. If you chose to help Oro in Dream's Edge back then, he will win the bet here!

Talk to Ferdinand in Oti Mall

Honkai Star Rail - Ferdinand

Once you've finished talking with Oro, simply exit the Golden Hour to refresh it and go back in. Head to the Oti Mall and speak with Ferdinand to complete the hidden quest and obtain a sticker.

I wonder when the hidden quest will start. Is this like Tamila's in Belobog where she's only available during and after the Future Market events? I already am at the end of my penacony arc run and there's sti no follow up after I talked to him
