After the Charmony Fall is great for Rappa since it gives her Break Effect and increases her SPD after she uses her Ultimate, which allows her to have more turns.
This Light Cone is only good for Himeko if she is built with Break Effect. Otherwise, stick to other Light Cones that don't focus on Break Effect if your build on her is the normal crit DPS build.

Great for Break Erudition DPS
After the Charmony Fall is a great Light Cone for Erudition characters who scale with or are built with Break Effect. It provides them a good amount of Break Effect and increases their SPD after they use their Ultimate, which is great for additional turns.
Should You Pull?
After the Charmony Fall is only recommended to pull if you need a Light Cone for an Erudition character that scales with Break Effect. If the character does not scale with Break Effect, then there are better Light Cone options for them.

This needs to be updated with Rappa added to the list of characters. Currently it only says Himeko. This is one of the best light cones for Rappa, definitely S tier on her when compared to her other options.
