Indelible Promise is a good light cone for Destruction characters who scale with Break Effect in their kit or needs the additional CRIT Rate boost after using their Ultimate.
Indelible Promise provides a a lot of Break Effect, which helps boost the DMG of Destruction DPS who use this stat in their kit. The CRIT Rate boost after using an Ultimate also helps triggering CRIT attacks much easier.
Indelible Promise is a good choice if you want to boost the Break Effect of a Destruction character. Compared to other Destruction Light Cones, this Light Cone provides more of a niche boost than a straight-up boost to damage.
The additional Break Effect is amazing if the character uses it to boost their DMG output. However, even with the CRIT Rate boost after using the Ultimate, this Light Cone is a bit lacking compared to other options.
Destruction Characters with Break Effect scaling in their kit can still use this Light Cone, but there are better options like On the Fall of an Aeon.
