During the call between Topaz and Aventurine, a few names were mentioned in passing during their conversation. The new names included are Diamond, Taravan, Opal, and Obsidian.

Diamond, Head of Strategic Investment

With what little information we got from the conversation, Diamond seems to be Topaz's boss in her department as she needed to send additional reports to him regarding the Jarilo-VI incident. He may aslo play a key role in the future, seeing as Diamond is involve with a project regarding Penacony.

Taravan, Head of Building Material Logistics

Taravan is the head of the Building Material Logistics Department and is one of the seven board members.

Opal and Obsidian

While there are no further information regarding the other IPC executives in the call, we know that Opal and Obsidian are higher in the hierarchy than Aventurine and Topaz.

Jade, Senior Manager of Strategic Investment

In the Trailblaze Mission All The Sad Tales, Jade talks to Aventurine during his trial and ends up bringing him into the Interastral Peace Corporation.

Days before the 2.2 Livestream, Jade was revealed in the next set of HoYoverse's Drip Marketing posts, which makes it very likely that she will be released in Version 2.3.
