To get the New Guqin Recording, you need to get the Guqin Recording first from the Heliobus in the Fyxestroll Garden. If you already have it, travel to the Synwood Pavilion space anchor in the Exalting Sanctum.

Talk to Gongyu near the space anchor and she will replace the Guqin Recording you have with a new one.

After getting the New Guqin Recording from Gonyu, head back to the Swallowsong Pavilion in Fyxestroll Garden. Talk to the Heliobus and you should be able to finish the hidden quest.

Obtain When Fingertip Sings Achievement

Once you finish the hidden quest, you will be rewarded with a Condensed Aether, Strale, Credit, and the achievement When Fingertip Sings.
