You can find the Guqin Recording in the Fyxestroll Garden. You can get to the Guqin Recording by heading up the elevator near the Swallowsong Pavilion Entrance space anchor and interact with the Guqing.

After a brief conversation, you'll receive the Guqing Recording, where you'll need to find a someone who knows about music to complete the song.
