Serval and Sampo are essential to use as the stage increases DoT damage. Bronya can give Serval and Sampo extra turns for more DMG and DoT application. Bronya is also able to buff their ATK which makes their DoT even stronger.

How to Score 50,000 Points in Scene 3
Prioritize the Baryons and Antibaryons
Take out the Baryon and Antibaryon first when they show up to get a boost in Energy for your Ultimates. They also have low HP, which allows you to spread even more DoTs to adjacent enemies when you defeat them.
Focus on Trotters to Spread DoTs
When a Trotter shows up, defeat it as soon as possible to spread even more DoTs to other enemies and boost your points by 100% for 1 turn.
