Clearly dev have never playtested V3.3 MOC 12 while MOC11 is super ez. Not only Hoolay has so many consecutive moves, he also has a lot of HP. At this rate I think even until 2023 they won't reduce MOC12 boss' overly-inflated HP.

im sorry but this is just not true. I've been playing since day zero, and i have never paid a single euro to hoyo. My teams are all built and pulled by meticolous planning and i always do full clear all stars during the first day. The point is that you have to plan accordingly to meta if you really want to play. I use the herta and casto, but fort a while i've been clearing end game modes with ARGENTI
Im not gonna lie, this Memory of chaos is going to be not F2P. I am version 1.0 player (NEVER PAID) and I realized that the end game content for this one is even harder than Genshin Impact. If you play Genshin Impact (as a non-spender F2P in version 1.0, 2.0 or 3.0) you could actually play Spiral Abyss 36 and Imaginarium Theater Act 10 very easily.
