You can also get one Shadow of Destruction after completing the Trailblaze Mission, To Rot or to Burn! Note that the required level for this quest is Trailblaze Level 18!

The remaining two Shadow of Destructions can be obtained after reaching Trailblaze Levels 19 and 30.

You can claim them by visiting Pom-Pom in the Parlor Car and selecting How's my Trailblaze Level? dialogue option.

Spend it in the Eidolons Menu

Honkai Star Rail - Eidolons Menu
You can use the Shadow of Destruction by going to the Trailblazer's character screen and selecting Activate. You can only activate these buffs starting with the first one up to a total of six.

Note that you need to switch your path first before upgrading the Main Character's Destruction Eidolons if you're currently using Trailblazer (Fire)!
