Sinners Misled, Credence Falsified Walkthrough

Quest Walkthrough
1 The quest will immediately start after defeating the Abundant Ebon Deer in the Humming Antlers, Entwined Horns mission.
2 Head to the docks and leave the Artisanship Commission. Before leaving, Dan Shu will message and invite you to discuss something in the Synwood Pavilion.
3 Teleport to the Space Anchor for the pavilion and talk to Dan Shu. After talking, she will give you a research paper regarding the Draught of Draconic Surge.
4 Next, go to the Seat of Divine Foresight and let Qingzu examine the research paper. She'll be infuriated as she reads the research paper.
5 Shortly after talking to Qingzu, Dan Shu will message you again and ask to meet you in the same place. She will then give you medicine for a young patient.
6 Go to the patient near the Court of Tranquility and help her against the bullies. Give the medicine to the little girl after dealing with the other kids. You'll notice that her actions seem strange.
7 Report to Dan Shu on the same spot. She'll then tell you a bit of the little girl's backstory and ask you to help her find the girl somewhere in the Artisanship Commission.
8 Fast travel to the Passage to the Sapentia Academe, near the quest marker. You'll find her surrounded by enemies near the corner of the street.
9 Fight the enemies to save her. Having a Physical, Wind, and Imaginary characters will help finish the battle quickly as the enemies are weak against them.
10 After the battle, Dan Shu comforts the little girl in a deep, depressing manner. Dan Shu will ask you to come back to the pavilion. The conversation will continue there but with Dan Shu more peculiar by the minute.
11 Dan Shu will end the conversation and tell you to wait for a gift. You decided to read a book in Space Time Book Store to pass the time.
12 Dan Shu will message you again, telling you her gift is ready. Head back to the pavilion and talk to her to get the gift.
13 Upon receiving the gift, you'll notice it looks suspicious. Go back to Qingzu to examine the gift.
14 After the examination, she gets back to you and informs you it's unsafe to use. You decide to follow Dan Shu after confirming that she is a spy.
15 Return to the pavilion and find clues about her current whereabouts. Use Diting to follow her scent from the items she left behind.
16 You'll be automatically teleported to the Artisanship Commission. Activate Diting to track and find her. There are enemies near the area, but you can ignore them and continue tracking Dan Shu.
17 You will find Dan Shu near a small dock, talking to a few Disciples of Sanctus Medicus enemies. You can talk to her and let her leave, or you can choose to fight her.
Letting her go will immediately end the conversation, but fighting her will result in fighting two waves of enemies.
18 Report your findings back to Qingzu. You can pick up Dan Shu's diary before heading back.
19 Reporting to Qingzu will complete the quest. This is the final mission of the Windswept Wanderlust questline.

All Choices and Results

Should You Let Dan Shu Leave or Fight Her?

Once reaching the end part of the quest, you'll have to choose whether fight Dan Shu or let her leave. Choosing any of the choices won't make any changes to the main story nor give any additional rewards.

Letting her leave will make the story immediately progress, but deciding to fight her will get you caught up against two waves of enemies.

When you fight her, make sure to have at least one or two Wind, Physical, and Imaginary characters in order to beat the enemies easily and quickly.
