New Friends Bring New Joy Walkthrough

Quest Walkthrough
1 Go to the Exalting Sanctum in Xianzhou once you're ready.
2 You'll receive a mysterious message once you reach the quest marker in the middle of the plaza. Follow the image attached to the message to meet the person sent by Fu Xuan.
3 The mysterious person is Qingque. Talk to her once you get to the location of the image, which is northwest of the plaza.
4 After talking, you'll encounter a cutscene after reaching the Synwood Pavilion as you try to go to the Divination Commission.
5 Continue heading to the marker until you arrive to the Divination Commission. It will start a new quest named "Omniscient Inquiry of Arcana"
