Found In Opposite Ends of the Rivet Town Orphanage

Hook can be found hiding near the right side of the orphanage in Rivet Town. Alina will be behind the chainlink fence in the left side of the orphanage. Speak to both of them in order to gather the Moles for the good news.

| 1 | To begin, head back to Boulder Town and go to Natasha's Clinic. |
| 2 | Speak to Natasha and Oleg in front of her clinic to tell her the good news. |
| 3 | Natasha will ask you to spread the news to the people of the underground. You will be given 3 options to choose from. ・Mining Team in the Great Mines ・Hook and the Moles ・Gertie |
| 4 | Once you've decided on a group or person to inform, head out to their location and tell them the good news. Note: Wildfire will inform the other 2 groups you did not choose. This means interactions with the other 2 are missable. |
| 5 | After you share the news, you will receive a group message from Welt aboard the Astral Express. Reply to him to unlock a new game feature called the Echoes of War. |
| 6 | Return to Natasha's Clinic in Boulder Town and speak to the doctor. |
| 7 | Next, head on over to the Robot Settlement and share the news with Clara and Mr. Svarog. |
| 8 | After speaking to Svarog and Clara, you will receive a message from Bronya inviting you to her succession ceremony. Reply to her to complete the mission. |
