Should be noted that the calculation doesn’t include Seele’s resurgence, which is her main gimmick. So for those who spent on her, don’t worry she can still outperform blade in most of scenarios.
What second buffer/debuffer do you guys think I should get for my Seele hypercarry team. I’m using her with Bronya and Luocha.
Finally Silver Wolf in SS tier. Maybe this tier isn’t so bad afterall.

So, just over two months in and the tier list has made some good changes I see. It's also been interesting moving priorities from Simulated Universe to Memory's of Chaos with the needs of two teams. With this, I'd say; Natasha makes S tier as status cleanse keeps her on par with Bailu. Qingque also deserves higher, given her use as a Nuke. Welt still makes SS in my view. Blade could make SS? But I'm still kitting him out to put him on par with Seele. Silver Wolf, defo SS.

all that dmg while using only 3 skill points...
apparently e6 blade is the best dps in both st and aoe. imagine if we get hp buffer one day...
Yeah.. characters like luocha and bronya are so effortless to build and play. they deserve the SS.
sw and tingyun should be moved to S. even if their pros are good they have too many cons. tingyun is straight up a baby. the harder the content the more atk you need to sacrifice for more def so she dont die easily. you end up giving her a butchered buffer build. sw is another baby you need to babysit. instead of making content easier just by using whatever characters we have, you end up having to build a team around her so she can implant the correct weakness. also strictly ST.

Took them the length of the 2 full banners to recognize the Silver Wolf supremacy? Holy s***, your misleading tier list led many people and with them even my boyfriend not to pull for her, now I have to stand on him crying on my shoulder because he doesn’t have her and can’t beat MoC without her!
Blade only S tier? Okaaay. At least Silver Wolf finally deserved some justice. Best girl.
