I don't even know why people obsess over tier lists. People just need to simply play the game and play who they want without having to ask is this character worth it. It's a single-player game, not a multiplayer competition. Okay, I'm ready for the rocks, spitting, insults, and stabbing now lol.

why do you need to be consistent? you have infinite tries for forgotten hall, thus infinite chances for quingque to highrolll.

Dan is not close to tring as much dmg as seele In terma of numbers no one can top her
Qing is too Volatile imo. I agree with this site's criteria that consistency of damage needs to be a factor for tier rating. So what if you have the potential to be in the top 5 DPS in the game if you can't do it consistently.
This is exactly why I dont trust P*****n. I still remember the time where they claimed Dan Heng was only TWO PERCENT WORSE than Seele. The reason being they gave Dan heng PERFECT ROTATIONS AND BUFFS vs Seele not even having her resurgence buff active.

just checked it yep. they dont count blade's talent well too it seems. just some calculation assuming he only got hit once to stack his talent. he should dish out more dps when enemies are more aggressive.
