casuals who struggle with sps management make this tier
That tier list is good, but I suggest moving both Jing Yuan and IL down to Mid
current best dps for 5 stars
cuz he rewards you greatly if you let him use those sps. imaginary is also the best element with best break and imprisonment CC.
I have both Characters (IL and Jingliu) and in fact they are + - one strength. IL needs 3 sp every turn. Jingliu cannot always be in the Berserk State even with Tingyun in the team and she will be in normal mode for one turn. I have no, their Weapons are only F2P Herta weapons. But even so they cause huge damage and that makes me happy.
I haven't been playing the game since Kafka and can someone explain to me why a character that uses 3 skill points per turn is the best character rn?
I'm glad this site has some sense in keeping Tingyun at SS tier unlike Pryd, who put her back in her rightful place at top tier AFTER a lot of patches, lmao.

to be fair to dhil i brought him to ice wind cavern cuz there is an elite with imaginary weakness there. and he did 199k eba3 and 100k ult with worse stats than my jingliu 🤔 using the same supports btw.
did with tingyun now her ult hits harder but her talent enhanced hits lower she has 90:228 only. i expected her to to at least 170k ngl.
man i just tried with better stats 90:260 and my jingliu did 112 too. maybe im overcapping her stats and getting diminished return. ill retry with tingyun like in vid
so my jingliu is worse than both jinglius of the vid at base. they did 112k in enhanced my weaker jingliu did 100k makes sense tho. whats wrong is if my weaker jingliu hits harder than them 🤔

who said higher. my jingliu is using is not using her bis lightcone. 258 is from ice set bronyas buff and brokeen keel 💀
this one only has 200 cdmg and using aeon and it does more damage than ur higher crit value jingliu
yes with bronya cdmg buff to match that jingliu using only pela tingyun. now imagine that jingliu from the vid you dropped with bronya. she will have almost 300 cmdg.
so that 258 cdmg with only 100k is surprising

i just saw that jingliu stats. her stats are higher than mine. and my worse stats jingliu hits 100k makes sense my jingliu is weaker. idk if their tingyun is using brokeen keel or not. or if that pela is using resolution.
the vid i showed didnt kill the trotter and already did more than 100k in the first wave
